Meet Kimber James

Kimber James is a passionate enthusiast of creating all-natural, healthy homemade cuisines and beverages. While not a professional chef or sommelier, Kimber dedicates considerable time to researching, exploring, and experimenting with a variety of foods and fruits to craft unique elixirs. She has a keen interest in how dietary choices impact wellness but firmly believes that taste should never be compromised.

Kimber’s journey into "elixir"making began as a one-time project to prevent food waste from the abundant fruit trees on her family property in Florida. After making an array of natural dishes and juices, she still had an excess of fruit. Inspired by research, she decided to create homemade wine, also known as "Country Wine," for her family visiting during the holidays. However, due to an allergy and a genetic inability to produce certain enzymes, Kimber herself cannot drink alcoholic beverages. Instead, she found joy in crafting country wines and elixirs for her loved ones.

She soon began experimenting with unique flavors, incorporating fruits such as mulberries, cranberries, and pumpkins, as well as unexpected ingredients like jalapeños and pecans, to produce an impressive variety of all-natural elixirs. Her family and friends—many of whom are wine connoisseurs—eagerly anticipated her next creation. Word of her hobby spread, and people began donating fruits and accessories, requesting Kimber to craft personal beverages for them. This passion led to the founding of Pure Fruit Elixirs.

Kimber’s creativity and dedication help others develop customized elixir flavors. 
She often hosts complimentary tastings, valuing honest feedback and constructive criticism to refine her craft. Currently, she is in the process of building a nanobrewery to continue expanding her creations. Just as she takes pride in preparing delicious food, she finds equal joy in hearing others appreciate her elixir-making endeavors.

Beyond taste, Kimber explores the health and medicinal benefits of each ingredient she uses. Whether for personal enjoyment or professional use, she aims to help others create beverages that can become cherished staples.

On weekends, you may find Kimber hosting elixir-tasting gatherings with friends and family. These events are more than just about elixirs and wine—they are celebrations of life, connection, and shared experiences. She strongly believes in eating well, drinking wisely and safely, and embracing a lifestyle that values quality and mindfulness in every sip.
