Scope of Services
Legacy Memorial Spaces, a service of Our Need For Things, LLC, agrees to provide the memorial planning, site preparation, research assistance, and/or memorial installation support services described in the attached estimate.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated project cost is required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Property Access
Client certifies they have authorization to permit work at the project location.
Limitation of Liability
Legacy Memorial Spaces by Our Need For Things LLC shall not be liable for:

Cemetery disputes

Permit denials

Delays caused by weather

Utility conflicts

Underground hazards not disclosed by client

Damages resulting from inaccurate information supplied by client
Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy
Projects cancelled after materials have been purchased may be subject to material and labor charges.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
