At Pure Fruit Elixirs, every bottle begins with care, cleanliness, and creativity. Our process is rooted in a deep respect for nature and an uncompromising commitment to quality. From the moment fresh fruit enters our production space, it’s treated with the same attentiveness we would give to a home-cooked meal for family.
Our production area is thoroughly sanitized before and during every batch, using air purification systems and food-grade sanitizers on all surfaces and equipment. Each piece of fruit is hand-washed and soaked in a natural baking-soda-and-water solution to remove dirt, bacteria, and pesticide residue. Then, it’s gently blanched in boiling water — not only to ensure safety, but to preserve the fruit’s vibrant color and authentic flavor. Every utensil, container, and tool used is cleaned and sanitized with the same precision, ensuring purity in every pour.

A Craft Rooted in Wellness and Connection
Each Pure Fruit Elixir is handcrafted by Kimber herself, guided by two principles: purity and pleasure. She believes wellness and indulgence can coexist — that what’s good for the body should also delight the senses. Beyond crafting extraordinary flavors, Kimber researches the health and medicinal properties of her ingredients, bringing intention and mindfulness to every recipe.
Her small-batch tastings, often shared with family and friends, have become joyful gatherings — moments of laughter, storytelling, and community.
For Kimber, these are more than wine tastings; they’re celebrations of connection and creativity.
As she continues building a nanobrewery dedicated to all-natural fruit wines, her mission remains simple: to inspire others to eat well, drink wisely, and live fully — savoring every sip with gratitude and grace.

The Heart Behind the Elixirs
Founder and creator, Kimber James, is a passionate enthusiast of wholesome, homemade cuisine and beverages. Though not a professional chef or sommelier, Kimber brings to the craft an unmatched curiosity and a deep love for natural ingredients. Her journey into “elixir-making” began as a family experiment — an inspired attempt to prevent food waste from the abundant fruit trees on her Florida property.
What started as a simple project quickly evolved into a heartfelt tradition. Though Kimber herself cannot consume alcohol due to an allergy and a rare genetic enzyme condition, she found joy and fulfillment in the making — transforming fruits like mulberries, cranberries, pumpkins, jalapeños, and even pecans into handcrafted elixirs her loved ones could savor. Word spread, friends began donating fruits, and Pure Fruit Elixirs was born from that generosity and shared enthusiasm.​
