At Pure Fruit Elixirs, every bottle is born from care, cleanliness, and creativity. We handcraft each elixir using only all-natural fruit, with an unwavering commitment to safety, sanitation, and taste.

Our production area is sanitized before and during every batch, using purified air and food-grade cleaners on all surfaces and equipment. Every piece of fruit is hand-washed, soaked in a natural baking-soda-and-water solution, blanched to remove bacteria and pesticides, and quickly cooled to preserve its vibrant flavor and color. From preparation to bottling, every utensil and container is meticulously cleaned and sanitized to maintain the highest standard of purity.

The Heart Behind the Elixirs

Founder and creator, Kimber James, has always been passionate about crafting wholesome, natural foods and beverages. What began as a way to use surplus fruit from her family’s Florida property soon blossomed into a creative passion project.

Though Kimber herself cannot consume alcohol due to an allergy and enzyme deficiency, she found joy in creating for others — transforming fruit and flavor into something magical. Her early experiments with mulberries, cranberries, pumpkins, jalapeños, and pecans produced uniquely delightful wines that captured the hearts of family and friends.

As word spread, people began donating fruits and requesting personal blends. From that generosity and community spirit, Pure Fruit Elixirs was born.
