Are you ready to showcase your products and connect with the community?
We invite you to participate as a vendor in our Annual Dodgeball Tournament on May 25, 2025 at Old Spanish Trail Fairgrounds in Crestview, FL!


Why Become a Vendor?

  • High Visibility: Gain exposure to hundreds of participants and spectators throughout the event.

  • Support a Good Cause: Proceeds from the tournament will benefit local programs assisting the homeless, making your participation impactful.

Vendor Details:

  • Date: May 25, 2025

  • Time: 12pm to 6pm (setup one hour before event)

  • Location: Old Spanish Trail Fairgrounds, Stillwell Blvd and Industrial Rd.

  • Space Fee: $35.00 (includes a designated area for your setup, must provide your own tables and supplies).
     

How to Register:

    May 5, 2025. 1st Come: 1st Serve Basis! Spaces are limited!

  3. Prepare to share your products with an enthusiastic crowd!

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. ANY REFUNDS WILL BE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

  1. All Vendors must arrive for setup by 11 AM and be ready before the event begins.

  1. All Vendors are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and any required permits.

  1. All Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

THIS IS A PUBLIC EVENT PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS

Our Need For Things, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items
